SPINEL

Spinel is excellent for healing and is said to bring calm and renewal for anyone who finds themselves in a difficult situation at home or work. Spinel is just a fantastic crystal to use for anyone facing a crisis, it is used by many to remove stress and anxiety. Perfect also to relieve fatigue which is why I am never without mine.
