How do I checkout if I don't have a Paypal account?

Fill in all the required details on the checkout page and press confirm. Click on the Pay by Debit or Credit Card button instead of the Paypal login button. Fill in your credit or debit card details carefully. Click the No thanks option if you don't want to create a Paypal account, then press pay now to complete your purchase. The order will then be sent to us if the card is valid and details are correct.

Why is my coupon code not working?

Codes for personal or wholesale discounts require you to have an account with us and be logged in when making your purchase. The code should be used on the final checkout page not while making a basket, all coupon codes are case sensitive.

Why is there no shipping option available on my order?

This is usually down to weight, orders with lots of items or heavy products go beyond our Royal Mail template. In these cases orders can be split into two or you may contact us for a shipping quote via courier if in the UK. We may not be able to send large orders to certain countries (see our shipping information). If you are in the Eurozone we are not currently shipping direct to these countries because of the new tariffs. A selection of our products are still available to Eurozone customers through our shops on Etsy and Ebay.

Where has the Airmail shipping option gone for International orders?

The low budget Airmail option has been disabled. With this non tracked service lots of overseas parcels have been severely delayed or gone missing, also most International customers expect a tracking number. The more reliable Tracked and Signed service is now used, this is more expensive but much safer. International Signed will be used if Tracked and Signed is not available in your Country.

Can I use a forwarding company for my International order?

You may, but please be aware our liability ends upon successful delivery to the UK forwarding company. It is your responsibility to liase with them, we will not communicate or provide any additional documentation to them. There are reasons why we dont ship to certain areas and your chosen forwarding company may not be able to ship your order. We advise checking with your forwarding company to make sure items are not prohibited to import into your Country before ordering.
