How do I checkout if I don't have a Paypal account?

 

Fill in all the required details on the checkout page and press confirm. Click on the Pay by Debit or Credit Card button instead of the Paypal login button. Fill in your credit or debit card details carefully. Click the No thanks option if you don't want to create a Paypal account, then press pay now to complete your purchase. The order will then be sent to us if the card is valid and details are correct.

 

Why is my coupon code not working?

 

Codes for personal discounts require you to have an account with us and be logged in when making your purchase. The code should be used on the final checkout page not while making a basket.

 

What is your COVID-19 Policy?

 

As a company we are following the Government guidelines which are changing daily. We are a husband and Wife team that are able to work entirely from home and have been self isolating since the outbreak started. Our postal sacks are left in our porch for collection, social distancing is observed during deliveries.

 

Why is there no shipping option available on my order?

 

This is usually down to weight, orders with lots of items or heavy products go beyond our Royal Mail template. In these cases orders can be split into two or you may contact us for a shipping quote via courier if in the UK. We may not be able to send large orders to certain countries (see our shipping information). If you are in Northern Ireland or the Eurozone we are not currently shipping to these countries because of the new tariffs.

 

Where has the Airmail shipping option gone for International orders?

 

The low budget Airmail option has been disabled. With this non tracked service lots of overseas parcels have been severely delayed or gone missing, also most International customers expect a tracking number. The more reliable Airsure Tracked service is now used, this is more expensive but much safer. International Signed is also disabled as this is no longer offered in most Countries by the Royal Mail.
